As Miss Hayes would say 'The Show Must Go On'
Just like the thousands of students that passed through the studio door at Bloor and Jane over the last 60 years, Miss Hayes was a child when she began her very long career as a dancer, singer and entertainer. Her determination to start her own school as a young mother at the age of 23 was reflective of her attitude throughout her life of 'doing it her way'. Miss Hayes was a force of nature and at the same time an example of how to take what you love to do and share it with the world. She made us laugh and she made us crazy but she was never ever boring, and we will miss her. Thank you all for sharing the end of her wild and crazy life with us...it is the end of an era. We hope all her students put their fear of performing aside so they can experience the same joy of displaying their Love of Dancing as a Celebration of Life just as she did. And now on with the show ... for Miss Hayes.
The tickets will go on sale WEDNESDAY, MAY 4TH, 2016 at the studio from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. The prices are the same for children and adults (this includes dancers). However, if a parent purchases 10 tickets, the school will give you one free ticket for the dancer!
We also have a VIP section which is the first 8 rows of the middle orchestra (Row A to Row H) and the front row only on either side (Row A -Total 9 seats each row). If you wish to sit in the VIP section, the ticket price is $25.00 (taxes included).
Tickets for the VIP section are limited. If you want VIP tickets, please buy them early. All other orchestra seats are $22.00 (taxes included). These seats are first come, first serve.
It is the theatre policy that everyone MUST have ticket - including dancers! No one will be allowed to enter the theatre without a ticket. PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THREE as they will be charged the same amount for their ticket as an adult. No child is permitted to sit on their parent’s lap in replacement of a ticket due to fire regulations.
